CoDe:learn was founded in 2017 by managerial practitioners from banking and insurance. They had spent two decades inside the functions they now teach: sales, service, wealth management, human capital, and business process. That origin decides how we work. Before a single slide is written, we run a needs analysis, because a class that does not answer a real gap is only an expense.

Today we are supported by more than 30 partnership executive consultants and professional trainers, each with over ten years of hands-on experience, so a program can be staffed by someone who has actually run it.
